We ship wholesale Hijama equipment across Australia and internationally. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Australian Shipping
We ship to all states and territories across Australia via Interparcel.
Shipping Rates
New South Wales (Sydney and surrounds)
- Orders under $200 AUD: $15.00 flat rate
- Orders $200 AUD and over: Free shipping
All other Australian states and territories
- Flat rate: $30.00 regardless of order size
Estimated Delivery Times
- All Australian destinations: 2–8 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis, primarily for course starter kits and select wholesale orders.
International shipping rates and timeframes vary depending on destination and order weight. A shipping quote will be provided at checkout or upon request before your order is confirmed.
Estimated International Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- UAE, UK, USA, Canada: 10–20 business days
- All other international destinations: 14–28 business days
Important — International Customers Please Read
All international orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. The carrier used for international shipments may vary depending on destination and availability.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival of your order. These charges are determined by your local government and are not set by Reviving Hijama. We do not receive any portion of these fees and cannot predict or calculate them in advance.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you are unsure about potential duties or taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order please contact us at Reviving.Hijama@gmail.com
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately at Reviving.Hijama@gmail.com We will do our best to update the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Reviving.Hijama@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess each case individually and arrange a replacement or resolution where the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit.
Please note — damaged goods claims apply to Australian orders only. We are unable to process damage claims for international shipments once the order has left Australia, as we cannot control handling by international carriers or customs authorities.
If your order appears to be lost in transit please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Wholesale Orders
For bulk wholesale orders or large quantity purchases we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm stock availability, provide an accurate shipping quote, and ensure your order is handled correctly.
